Loaded Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 slices uncooked bacon
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 green onion sliced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
- Place the bacon in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-7 minutes or until crispy.
- Remove from the basket and place on a paper towel don't discard the bacon grease. Crumble the bacon and set aside for later.
- Toss the potatoes in a medium bowl with the seasonings and bacon grease.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-13 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Using the bottom side of a measuring cup or glass gently crush the potatoes and top with cheese.
- Cook for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sour cream, bacon bits, and green onions.
