Ingredients and Variations

POTATOES: Potatoes come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Fingerlings (long and skinny) or red potatoes are an excellent switch that will cook up the same.

For a low-carb, potato-like recipe, use whole radishes, or chunks of turnips. This recipe also works for chunks of sweet potatoes too!

SEASONINGS: A little garlic and rosemary are all it takes to season baby potatoes, but for bolder flavors try some DIY blends.

Create taco seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, Italian seasoning, or even Greek seasoning. With a little bit of imagination, why not come up with a unique signature blend?
