Quick & Easy Side Dish

- Air fried foods have all the crispy exterior and tender interior of other cooking methods, but cook cleaner, in less time and with all the flavor!
- Air fryer cabbage is a healthy, fiber-filled, low-carb, and keto winner that everyone will love!
Ingredients & Variations
Cabbage – Ordinary green cabbage is preferred, but any variety will do. Cabbage can even be cut into 1” thick ‘steaks’ for a different presentation. A bag of shredded cabbage works, but will produce a different texture.
Bacon – The bacon fat cooks the cabbage and adds tons of flavor! Sliced Kielbasa sausage, diced ham, or corned beef are other tasty alternatives!
Seasonings – Keep it simple to salt and pepper or sprinkle a little bit of DIY seasoning salt, if you like.
Variations – Change up the recipe by adding onions or swapping the bacon for ham. Serve Air Fryer cabbage with egg noodles or top pork chops or meatloaf!
