Air Fryer Broccoli and Cauliflower

This quick and easy recipe of Air Fryer broccoli and cauliflwoer makes a crisp and healthy side dish.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets bite sized
  • 2 cup cauliflower florets bite sized
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  • Toss broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl with oil and seasonings.
  • Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-9 minutes shaking the basket after 4 minutes.


To ensure even cooking, chop the broccoli and cauliflower into roughly the same size pieces. For easy dipping, leave a little bit of the stems on to make them easier to grab.
