Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs in the Air Fryer makes fluffy and quick eggs every time.
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 12 minutes
Servings 4

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion optional
  • teaspoon each salt and pepper or to taste
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, green onion if using, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the butter in a small air fryer proof pan or dish and add to the air fryer for 1 minute or until melted.
  • Add the beaten eggs to the dish and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Stir, breaking up the eggs, and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until set but still glossy.
  • Top with cheese and cook 1 minute more.
