Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, green onion if using, salt, and pepper.
Place the butter in a small air fryer proof pan or dish and add to the air fryer for 1 minute or until melted.
Add the beaten eggs to the dish and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook for 3 minutes.
Stir, breaking up the eggs, and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until set but still glossy.
Top with cheese and cook 1 minute more.
