- Use an ice cream scoop to ensure that the meatballs are all the same size.
- Place clean coffee filters on the bottom of the air fryer basket or tray to soak up some of the oil for faster cleanup!
- Make a few batches and freeze them for future recipes! Freeze them in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring them to a zippered bag. Freeze for up to 3 months.
- Store cooked and cooled meatballs in an airtight container for up to 3 days and freeze for up to 3 months.
- Assemble them raw and freeze or cook and freeze once cooled! Simply cook from frozen or reheat from frozen in the air fryer!

Much easier to use the basket. They turn themselves. 12 minutes is plenty.
Do you mean the rotisserie basket??? Never thought of that! What a cool idea!
Do they not fall apart?
