- Blend all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Shape meatballs into 16 portions and cook in the air fryer (per the recipe below).
- Allow to rest about 5 minutes before serving.
Tips for Preparing Meatballs Ahead
- For the best results, avoid overmixing the meat mixture or the meatballs will become tough and dry.
- Use an ice cream scoop to ensure that the meatballs are all the same size.
- Place clean coffee filters on the bottom of the air fryer basket or tray to soak up some of the oil for faster cleanup!
- Make a few batches and freeze them for future recipes! Freeze them in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring them to a zippered bag. Freeze for up to 3 months.
- Store cooked and cooled meatballs in an airtight container for up to 3 days and freeze for up to 3 months.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or pork or turkey
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 16 meatballs.
- Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-14 minutes or until they reach 165°F internally.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days or in the freezer for 3 months.
- Add meatballs to the rotisserie basket and place into the air fryer.
- Turn the air fryer on “Rotate” at 380°F and cook for 10 minutes.

Hi Neva, we don’t have any recipe specifically made for that air fryer but most of our recipes could be halved and should work well in any air fryer.
Much easier to use the basket. They turn themselves. 12 minutes is plenty.
