Tips for the Best Donuts

When cutting a hole in the donuts remember to spread open the donut hole a little wider. This will ensure that there is that famous hole in the middle (which makes more surface area for the toppings)!

Also, flip the donut partway through the cooking process. And to make sure that they are cooked properly check that they are firm and not too doughy.

They will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

  1. Hello! So I tried these tonight and I have a question for you. Are the measurements for the cinnamon and sugar correct, or should they be switched? The donuts themselves cooked perfectly and the butter was fine but the cinnamon to sugar ratio is way off. /: Am I just crazy? lol Thanks

    1. You are definitely not crazy, Kasey! The recipe has been updated to reflect better proportions! Thanks for catching that.
