Vortex Air Fryer Low Carb Cinnamon French Toast
Because sometimes you just NEED french toast and you don’t want to blow your carb allowance on one piece of bread. Check out what I found… This is actually VERY good low carb bread. It isn’t that great plain, kind of tastes like cardboard but it is really great toasted and used in things where it is cooked…like Vortex Air Fryer Low Carb breakfast quiche!!!
Amazon has it for around $9 a loaf, you can get on their website as well. It isn’t cheap but it is pretty awesome for low carb bread. Keep in the fridge and it will last a few weeks. Don’t leave this one out or as the Amazon reviewers will say, it will mold pretty quick. Now onto the french toast… Mix up the egg and a little milk and some cinnamon. Soak the bread and bake in the air fryer for about 5 minutes. Of course top with a little more cinnamon. SO YUM!!!! You can even add this low carb syrup!!
