Brioche
or potato bread

milk

vanilla extract

brown sugar

ground cinnamon

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and set aside briefly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cinnamon mixture, eggs, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a shallow container, such as a pie plate.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Soak bread slices in the mixture, making sure they are fully coated.
Place the soaked bread slices on a rack to allow any excess mixture to drain off.
Cook the bread slices in the air fryer for 3 minutes, then flip them over and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Once cooked, serve the French toast hot with butter and syrup.
Notes
This French toast will keep in a covered container for up to 4 days. It will keep in the freezer for 2 months.
