Vortex Air Fryer Cheeseburger Sliders
Mix all of the ingredients together. The secret ingredient is ranch. SOOO easy but adds a ton of flavor.
Roll into balls and then flatten into patties.
What temperature are air fryer burgers cooked to?
Rare: 120°F to 125°F
Medium Rare: 130°F to 135°F
Medium Well: 150°F to 155°F
Well Done: 160°F to 165°F

Vortex Air Fryer Cheeseburger Sliders
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or pork or turkey a mixture of all is even better
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ranch powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- burger toppings as desired
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, form into golf ball sized balls, and flatten using your hands.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, then flip the patties and cook for another 5 minutes or until they reach a temperature of 165°F.
- Add cheese and cook for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
