Ingredients for Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin Seeds – Be sure to thoroughly rinse the pulp from the seeds before using and discard any seeds that are too small to eat.

Seasonings – Coconut, avocado, or vegetable oil are more budget-friendly options than olive oil. Leftover melted bacon grease will add a smoky, bacon flavor, if desired.

Sweet & Savory Seasonings

Sweet – Toss pumpkin seeds in butter and cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat. Or season with pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice for a seasonal twist!

Savory – Toss them with oil and everything bagel seasoning for a savory seed. Try using Cajun seasoning to make zesty pumpkin seeds for tossing on a salad or into a low-carb chicken soup!
