pumpkin seeds

olive oil

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350℉.
Rinse pumpkin seeds well to remove any remaining pulp. Pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl toss together pumpkin seeds, olive oil, and salt.
Spread pumpkin seeds in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 5 minutes. Stir, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until golden.
Notes
Pumpkin seeds will keep in an airtight container for 3-4 months. They will also keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 year.
