Ingredients & Variations

Cube Steak – Budget-friendly cube steaks (AKA minute steaks) come from the top or bottom round or sirloin and are flattened by a machine that creates little cubes in the meat. They’re boneless, fairly thin, and a uniform size.

Seasonings – Choose your favorite steak seasoning blend or try a Cajun-style or Tex-Mex mix. Cube steaks can be seasoned any way you like!

Variations – Make a light breading by placing one cup of flour and one cup of breadcrumbs in two bowls and a whisked egg in a third. Coat cube steaks in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs and Air Fry as directed.
