Air Fryer Broccoli

A quick and crispy side dish.

Cook Time 14 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 head broccoli cut in florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  • Toss broccoli with the oil and seasonings in a large bowl.
  • Put in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-14 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

Notes

For best results, cut broccoli florets into evenly sized florets and avoid overcrowding. 
Keep warm in the oven while cooking in batches and reheat leftovers in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp back up!
