AIR FRYER CRACKER CHICKEN STRIPS

Air Fryer Cracker Chicken Strips are tender chicken breast strips, dipped in melted butter and rolled into crispy butter crackers.  Then baked to crunchy perfection in your air fryer.   They make a delicious and easy dinner.

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER CRACKER CHICKEN STRIPS

Preheat your Air Fryer to 375 degrees and prepare a baking dish by greasing it with nonstick cooking spray.

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

In a separate bowl, add the crushed crackers. Season with garlic powder and pepper.

Dip each chicken strip in the egg mixture, then in the cracker mixture. Press the cracker crumbs into the chicken to secure.

Place each coated chicken strip in the prepared baking dish. Top each chicken strip with a piece of butter.

Bake in the preheated air fryer for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
