Instant Pot Egg Salad makes for flavorful and quick egg salad sandwiches.

Cook Time 5 minutes
Instant Pot Pressure Build Time 8 minutes
Total Time 23 minutes
Servings 4 Sandwiches



  • 8 slices white sandwich bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives minced
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Place eggs in the instant pot and fill with one cup of water.
  • Cook on manual pressure for five minutes. Once finished naturally release for 5 minutes.
