OLIVE OIL Extra-virgin olive oil has a mild flavor and is ideal for roasting garlic. Or, switch it up and use chili oil, sesame oil, or even leftover bacon grease for different flavor profiles.
OPTIONAL SEASONINGS Sea salt, black pepper, dried rosemary or thyme, or red chili flakes can be used to season roasted garlic.

- 2 bulbs garlic more if desired
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Cut ¼-inch off of the tops off of the heads of garlic exposing the tops of the cloves.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Wrap the garlic bulbs in aluminum foil and place in the air fryer.
- Cook for 22-26 minutes or until the garlic is golden and tender.
