- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, salt & pepper.
- Add the baby carrots and toss well to coat.
- Place the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 14 to 16 minutes, shaking after 8 minutes, until tender-crisp.
Notes
