melted butter

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, salt & pepper.
Add the baby carrots and toss well to coat.
Place the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 14 to 16 minutes, shaking after 8 minutes, until tender-crisp.
Notes
This recipe is intended for store-bought baby carrots. Small garden carrots may cook faster.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or cinnamon if desired.
