How to Make Air Fryer Kale Chips
- Rinse, pat dry, and remove the stems of the kale before using. Tear kale into bite-sized pieces (as described in the recipe below).
- Toss leaves in a bowl with oil and seasoning and place them in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Cook for two minutes, flip over, and cook another two minutes. Add more seasoning, if desired, and serve alone or with a dip.

- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika optional
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Pull the leaves away from the spine and tear into chip size pieces.
- Toss the leaves with oil and seasonings. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until they are crispy.
