Air Fryer Quiche

The air fryer quiche is a delicious and hearty breakfast quiche perfect for a busy morning or brunch on the weekend.
Prep Time 11 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 31 minutes
Servings 4 servings



  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 links uncooked sausage sliced
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ small bell pepper diced
  • ½ small onion diced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Spray an air fryer safe pan with non-stick spray and add the sausage, onion, and peppers to the pan.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes the sausage is cooked through, 160°F
  • Whisk the eggs and add seasonings and cheese. Pour over top of the vegetables in the prepared pan.
  • Cover the pan with foil and cook for 15-17 minutes or until the eggs are set.
