These air fryer tortilla chips are so quick and easy to make. They are so good for dipping in salsa or any other dip.
Prep Time 3 minutes
Cook Time 9 minutes
Total Time 12 minutes
Servings 4

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 6 small corn tortillas or flour (6-inch tortillas)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or as needed
  • kosher salt and seasonings as desired

Instructions 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
  • Brush each side of the tortillas with olive oil. Season with salt.
  • Stack the tortillas and cut into 8 wedges.
  • Place the tortillas in a single layer in the basket and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Flip the tortillas over and cook an additional 3-5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

Notes

Cooking spray can be used in place of oil.
Store in a sealed bag at room temperature for up to 5 days.
