These Air Fryer bone-in pork chops are tender and juicy.

Cook Time 13 minutes
Total Time 18 minutes

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • 1 pound bone-in center cut pork chop 1-inch thick
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter

Instructions 

  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the chops with oil, then sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, and pepper and gently rub the mixture into the chops.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place the chops in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the chop over and cook for an additional 3 to 7 minutes or until the chop reaches 140°F.
  • Remove from the basket and transfer to a plate. Top with butter and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

If the chops are 1-inch thick, you will likely have two chops. Ensure they fit in the basket without overcrowding so the air can circulate, cook in batches if needed.
