Ingredients & Variations
Chicken – Choose fresh or frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts that are the same size so they cook evenly. Tyson five-ounce breasts are often sold in value packs so it pays to stock up! Boneless pork chops can be substituted, well.
Seasonings – Seasonings can completely change the flavor profile of breaded chicken breasts! Besides Italian, try Taco Seasoning, Cajun, or create a new blend with what’s on hand.
How to Air Fry Breaded Chicken Breasts

These are great! Easy and quick! My Grandson loved them!
I breaded up more than I needed I used tenders and made up many. I froze them raw. How long should I cook them from a frozen state or should they be thawed before cooking them?
I am so glad you enjoyed this recipe! You can find these tips in the post for frozen:

Terrific quick recipe!
Turns out great every time! My grandson loves this chicken!
Thanks again!
It would have been good, except my chicken breasts were thin. I should have reduced the cooking time. Maybe flip after 5 min. Then cook for an additional 10. Mine turned out too dry. Will try again, with reduced cooking time
