Vortex Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Grouper
Is flaky grouper fillets coated in mayo, parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs then toasted right in your Vortex air fryer.

How to make Vortex Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Grouper
Place the grouper fillets on a rack.
Brush with melted butter and lemon juice.
Bake in your air fryer for 5 minutes (possibly more depending on thickness.
Mix the Parmesan, remaining butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Remove the fish and check for doneness – should be flaky. If flaky, spread the cheese mixture on top of each fillet.
Return to air fryer and continue baking for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. WATCH as this will cook fast!

Ingredients
- 2 grouper fillets 6 ounces each
- ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter softened (melt half)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Fresh herbs such as oregano & thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F on BAKE.
- Place the grouper fillets in the air fryer basket and brush with melted butter and lemon juice.
- Mix the Parmesan, remaining butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture onto the fish and bake in the air fryer for 6-7 minutes.
- Remove the fish and check for doneness – should be flaky.
