Easy Air Fryer Peach Galette w/ Croissant

Got some peaches that need to be used? This quick and easy Galette recipe is perfect for leftover peaches. This feeds two (possibly four). I wouldn’t try to double this in one batch, instead make two or they won’t cook properly!

Also note for this one I didn’t peel the peaches. I would peel the peaches. I think it would definitely be better!

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 370 on AIR FRY.
  2. Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl
  3. Pull the crescents apart and lay them in a star pattern, with the biggest portions overlapping. Squish to seal.
  4. Lay the star on a rack and put the brown sugar in the middle. Spread to cover.
  5. Then put the fruit mixture on top of the brown sugar.

In a clockwise fashion use the star ends to cover the edges. Press to seal. Repeat until it is completely sealed.

Cook for 10 minutes – turn clockwise using a spatula every few minutes once the top starts to brown to get the bottom to cook evenly.

NOTE – the bottom may be a little mushy so slide the spatula under gently. if it doesn’t turn easily wait another minute. At this point, also add another tsp of honey to keep it juicy. Remove and let sit two minutes – top with ice cream or powdered sugar! Enjoy!
