Vortex Air Fryer Keto Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Tomatoes
This easy meal is a great alternative to the traditional Philly Cheesesteak and a fraction of the carbs!!

Slice the peppers and onions and coat with a small amount of olive oil

Preheat the air fryer to 360 bake

Add the onions and peppers to the middle rack and cook for 3 minutes.

Remove from air fryer

Place the frozen cheesesteak meat into the air fryer on the same temp for five minutes. Shred, and then add the vegetables back to the rack. Toss to combine.

Cook for two additional minutes and remove.

Place the tomatoes with the stem side down on a flat surface.

Carefully cut 6 wedges out of the tomato with a sharp knife, careful not to cut all of the way through the bottom of the tomato as you go.

Gently peel back the wedges of the tomato to separate them.

Place half of the shredded lettuce in the bottom of the center of each cut tomato.

Fill each tomato with half of the meat and vegetable mixture.

Top each stuffed tomato with some of the shredded mozzarella cheese and serve.

Place them back in the air fryer for one minute if you would like the cheese melted.

- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4 slices Philly cheesesteak meat of your choosing
- ½ tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ large onion thinly sliced
- ½ medium bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
