How to Make Instant Vortex Air Fryer Easy Peach Bread w/ Cinnamon

Step 1. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Step 2. In a separate bowl cream together the sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil.

Step 3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well until batter forms. Fold in diced peaches.

Step 4.  Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Step 5.  Once removed from the oven, let cool and make the glaze.

Step 6.  For glaze: In a small bowl combine powdered sugar and milk until powdered sugar has dissolved. Brush or pour over loaf.

Ingredients  

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 peach skin on, finely diced

Glaze

  • cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F on bake.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl cream together the sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well until batter forms. Fold in diced peaches.
  • Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Glaze

  • In a small bowl combine powdered sugar and milk until powdered sugar has dissolved.
  • Brush or pour over loaf.

Notes

**Notes: refrigerate leftovers. I left skin on the peach for easy preparation, can peel/ blanch if desired.
 
If the top starts to brown too quickly cover with tin foil.
