Vortex Air Fryer Mini Bourbon Gouda Stuffed Meat Loaves

Yea, these taste as good as they sound! Pair them with our Vortex Air Fryer Roasted Tri-Color Carrots for a fantastic meal!

Preheat your Air Fryer to BAKE at 400′. The rack will be on the LOWEST position. In a large bowl, mix the bourbon and the bread crumbs. Let it sit until the bourbon is soaked up into the bread crumbs. Add the ground beef, chili sauce, red onion, garlic, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Don’t overwork the meat or your meatloaf will be tough and chewy, just gently mix.

Divide the meat in the bowl into four sections. Grab half of one meat and make a patty. Add the cheese in the middle, leaving about an inch of meatloaf on all sides. Top with the remaining meatloaf mixture and press the edges together to seal completely. Any exposed holes and the cheese will leak out while cooking.

Repeat until you have done all four and put them on a rack. Once the air fryer is hot add them to the air fryer on the lowest level. Cook for 10 minutes or until the outside is nicely browned.

In a small bowl. combine the ingredients for the sauce and then pour over the top of the meatloaf, letting it run down the sides a little bit. Remove and top with the sauce. Put back in for about 1-2 minutes until it is bubbly. WATCH THEM at this point because they can burn easily. Remove when bubbly.

Serve with mashed potatoes or veggies!
