Super quick and creamy baked potatoes in minutes!

- 2 potatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Wash and clean a few potatoes. I find mid size ones work better.
- Punch a few holes using a fork in each one
- Pour one cup of water in the bottom of your instant pot
- Set the rack in it and place the potatoes on top
- Set it on manual and cook for five minutes
- Once done, just a natural release
