Place all ingredients in the blender in the order as listed.
Secure the lid and blend for 6 minutes on the soup setting of the blender or until steam starts to rise from the vents and the soup is smooth.
Pour heavy cream into the blender and slowly pulse until it is just combined.
Garnish with chopped walnuts and serve.
Notes
If using fresh red peppers you'll need to roast them before making this recipe.Make air fryer roasted peppers or roast them in the oven with olive oil, salt & pepper at 400°F for 20 minutes.
