Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron and coat with cooking spray.
In a shallow bowl whisk the eggs. Add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar, and whisk until fully mixed.
Dip one slice of bread at a time into the egg mixture coating it on both sides.
Place in the waffle iron and cook for 2-4 minutes or until it is golden brown.
Notes
Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for 2 days, or in the freezer for 2 months.
