cream cheese

Raspberry Compote
1 ¼

raspberries
fresh or frozen

sugar

tablespoons
water

tablespoon
cornstarch
+ 1 tablespoon of water
Instructions
Cheesecake
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F on BAKE.
Mix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add your sour cream and cream cheese. Beat until smooth. You can use a blender, hand mixer or do it by hand.
Pour into the ramekin and put in a pan with a half-inch of water. Bake for 7 minutes.
Check the cheesecake, it should be a little brown on top and firm. If not, put back in for a few minutes.
Let cool and serve with raspberry compote.
Raspberry Compote
Combine raspberries, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and mash the raspberries using your spoon.
While boiling combine cornstarch and water, then pour into the raspberry mixture.
Let simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
