Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season well with salt and pepper.
Set up three shallow dishes. In the first dish combine garlic powder and flour. In the second, stir together the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. In the last, beat an egg with 1 tablespoon of water until well blended.
Coat each chop in the flour mixture, followed by the egg wash, followed by the breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
Preheat air fryer to 400℉.
Spray each chop with cooking spray on both sides and place in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't touching.
Air fry for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes or until the thickest part reaches 140℉.
Remove from air fryer basket and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for 3 days and in the freezer for 4 months.
