Air Fryer Roasted Peppers
For a slightly smoky and sweet side dish or addition to other dishes make these Air Fryer roasted peppers.

red bell peppers

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoons
salt

pepper
Instructions
Wash and dry bell peppers. Cut peppers in half vertically. Remove stem and the white pith and seeds.
In a small bowl combine olive oil, salt and pepper. Brush over both sides of the peppers.
Place pepper halves in the air fryer basket cut side down. You may need to cook them in multiple batches.
Air fry at 390℉ for 8 minutes. Using tongs, flip peppers over and air fry for an additional 6-7 minutes until peppers are soft and blackened.
Allow to cool and peel off browned skin if desired.
Notes
Red peppers will keep in the refrigerator for 5-6 days. Double the batch and keep in the freezer for 2 months.
