Air fry the sweet potato slices for approximately 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally. Watch them closely for the last 5 minutes to ensure they don't overcook.
Once the sweet potato chips are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack. Repeat the process with the remaining sweet potato slices.
