baby potatoes
washed and dried

olive oil

teaspoon
crushed rosemary

tablespoon
parmesan cheese
grated

teaspoon
salt
or to taste

black pepper
or to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-13 minutes or until fork-tender.
Using the bottom side of a measuring cup or glass gently smash the potatoes.
In a bowl, gently toss the smashed potatoes with oil, rosemary, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Return to air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
Notes
Leftover potatoes will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and in the freezer for 1 month.
