Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Cut tomatoes in quarters. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place tomatoes in a single layer, cut side up in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften and are golden at edges.
