These air fryer tacos are a quick and easy meal for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

pound
ground beef
1
package
taco seasoning
½
cup
water

tortillas

cups
Mexican cheese blend
shredded, divided evenly over tacos
½
cup
salsa
approximately 1 tablespoons per taco
Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.
Brown ground beef in a frying pan over medium heat until no pink remains and drain any fat (or use air fryer taco meat).
Stir in the taco seasoning and water, simmer until water is gone.
Place 4-5 tortillas in the air fryer basket and top with ground beef mixture, cheese, and 1 tablespoon salsa. Do not overcrowd the air fryer.
Fold in half and place an oven safe trivet over top to hold them in place.
Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crisp.
Top with your favorite taco toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover tacos in an air tighter container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. For best results, reheat in the air fryer.
