Place the brats in a single layer in the air fryer.
Cook for 8 minutes. Flip the brats over and cook an additional 5-7 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve in rolls with desired toppings.
Notes
Keep brats warm in a dish covered with foil in the oven until ready to serve. Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
