Instructions
Preheat the air fryer on Bake to 350°F.
Dice the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Cook the potatoes for 5 minutes, shaking halfway through the cook time.
While they are cooking, dice the rest of the veggies and sausage. Add them in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
