small zucchini
sliced

bell peppers

olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
In a large bowl mix vegetables, garlic, seasonings, and oil together until evenly coated.
Add to the air fryer basket and cook for 7-9 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Notes
Cut veggies in uniformly and avoid overfilling the air fryer so the veggies evenly cook.
