Crispy Air Fryer Pepper Rings

seasoned salt

Breading

Panko bread crumbs
⅓

seasoned bread crumbs

teaspoons
oil
any light tasting oil
Instructions
Whisk eggs and salt in a small bowl (or freezer bag).
Combine breading ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Cut bell peppers into ½" strips and season with salt. Toss with flour.
Dip into the egg mixture and then into the breading mixture gently pressing to adhere.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Place peppers in a single layer in the basket. Cook 9-11 minutes or until golden. Repeat with remaining vegetables.
