Instructions
Wash and clean a few potatoes. I find mid size ones work better.
Punch a few holes using a fork in each one
Pour one cup of water in the bottom of your instant pot
Set the rack in it and place the potatoes on top
Set it on manual and cook for five minutes
Once done, just a natural release
