Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sugar dissolves into the mustard.
Pat pork dry with paper towels and coat it with the brown sugar mixture.
Wrap the bacon around the pork tenderloin and secure it with toothpicks on the ends.
