milk

russet potato

cheddar cheese
shredded

onion
medium diced

tablespoons
bacon bits

teaspoon
thyme

Instructions
Place milk, potato, cheese, onion, and seasonings into the blender.
Secure lid and start the blender on the Soup setting on low and increase to the highest speed.
Blend for 8-10 minutes or until steam starts to escape from the vents.
Once desired thickness is reached stir in bacon bits and serve.
Notes
No Soup Setting on Your Blender? No Problem!
To heat on the stove:
Add all ingredients into a blender, reserve the bacon bits.
Blend until it reaches your desired consistency (it will thicken up as it heats!)
Pour into a pot and heat on medium-high until heated through.
