pink salmon

large egg

cup
seasoned breadcrumbs

tablespoons
mayonnaise
2
teaspoons
Dijon mustard
½
teaspoon
lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
Drain the salmon (remove skin and bones if desired) and place it in a medium bowl with the egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard and seasoning.
Mix well and form into four 3-inch salmon patties.
Spray each side with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes. Flip the patties over and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Leftover patties will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and in the freezer for 3 months.
