Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts
5-6 oz each

olive oil

paprika

garlic powder

Filling

ounces
cream cheese
softened

tablespoons
parmesan cheese
1
clove
garlic
minced
1
cup
fresh spinach
finely chopped
3
tablespoons
chopped sundried tomatoes

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
Combine the filling ingredients and set aside.
Cut chicken breasts ¾ of the way through so it opens like a book. Do not cut all of the way through.
Fill each chicken breast with ¼ of the filling mixture. Fold closed and secure with a toothpick.
Rub the chicken with olive oil and seasonings. Place in the air fryer in a single layer.
Cook 18-22 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending
If using frozen spinach, allow it to thaw in a colander, and then press clean paper towels over the spinach to squeeze out excess moisture.
